Allow yourself to see, what you don't allow yourself to see.

"Classic" hypnosis
Therapeutic hypnosis is used in many contexts. Clinical studies suggest that hypnosis can improve immune function, increase relaxation, decrease stress, relieve pain and anxiety and much more.
Hypnosis allows a person to take care of themselves and develop new internal and behavioural pathways.
This therapeutic method - often difficult to understand for those who have not tried - allows the patient to connect with his unconscious mind to modify it, by resolving (for example) its inner conflicts, changing one’s false beliefs or getting rid of certain bad habits. Halfway between dream and awakening, it induces a state called «modified consciousness» (or «expanded consciousness», or «trance»). It's a kind of withdrawal from reality, accompanied by a very strong inner concentration on oneself, including increased attention to one’s emotions, bodily sensations and deep thoughts.
This inner journey, guided by the therapist, is also favourable to suggestions (the messages initiated by the therapist), allowing not only to discover the elements of the problem, but also - and especially - finding the keys and resources of change. Perfect for relieving common difficulties and revealing ones abilities and hidden forces.
